Full legal names, Passport numbers, and Dates of Birth
Dietary requirements, allergies, and relevant medical conditions

All sensitive data is stored in encrypted, password-protected cloud environments with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We do not use marketing or tracking cookies on our platform; only strictly necessary technical cookies for site security and performance are utilized.
