01. Agreement
By securing a booking with Mallorca Tennis Experience, you enter into a binding agreement with the Organizer. These terms govern the residency program and on-ground logistics starting from the rendezvous point in Mallorca.
02. Financials
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% (approximately $2,500 AUD) is required to secure a position in the residency.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is strictly due 60 days prior to the June 25th arrival date.
03. Conduct
Immediate expulsion from the program, at the participant's or guardian's expense, will occur for:
- Breaching host country laws
- Ignoring chaperone instructions
- Violence or harassment
- Prohibited substance usage
- Endangering the group
- Serious program misconduct
04. Framework
Participants are responsible for organizing their own international airfare. Chaperoned duties and liability commence only upon the official rendezvous at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) on June 25th. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
