01. Booking & Deposit

Deposit Requirement

To secure your seat, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. Clients also have the option to pay the full amount upfront via Stripe.

This 25% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers immediate administrative and reservation costs.

Cancellation & Refunds

The remaining 75% of the trip cost is refundable only if cancellation occurs 90 days or more prior to the trip start date (June 25, 2026).

Cancellations made within 90 days of the trip start date are non-refundable.

02. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for events beyond the Organizer’s control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government travel restrictions. Recoverable costs will be passed on at our discretion.

03. Transit

The Organizer is not liable for airline cancellations, delays, or missed connections. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for program time missed due to independent travel disruptions.

04. Transportation

Comprehensive international travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. This must cover medical expenses abroad, trip interruption, and losses related to independent travel arrangements.

05. Academy

Should the Rafa Nadal Academy cancel the residency program, a direct refund for that specific component will be issued to the participant.
